I ordered $120.48 worth of supplies from this company. They sent me the completely wrong order (I paid for 3 bottles of conditioner that were one liter volumes each and they sent me 3 bottles of 300ml each-in addition to the shampoo being incorrect as well). I called them FOUR times at their 1800 number and not once did a single person call me back. It goes right to an answering service and clearly is not set up that anyone will ever pick up. I emailed them and all I heard was the shipping dept will get back to me which of course never happened. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company and hopefully this will be resolved through them. Never order from this company. Look on the BBB: they have an F rating with over 60% of their complaints NEVER resolved. I can't believe I was so stupid.
