Great Expression Dental Centers
Warren Specialty Office, Failed to establish proper sterilization, disinfection, and other infection control procedures which constitutes a significant danger to public health and safety

"HAZARDOUS Great Expressions Dental Center"

"OSHA" standards failed sanitation process by which all forms of life within a defined environment are completely destroyed, and such premises shall be maintained. Bacteria can also be classified in several ways, the body normally contains several hundred different species of bacteria but many trillions of "individual" bacteria. Warren Specialty Dental Center decided that sometimes sharing creates a smile above "our" budget, non-compliant with providing care that is protective against infection-transmission. (OUR=GREAT EXPRESSION SPECIALTY DENTAL CENTER) Disposable items such as gloves, needles, intravenous fluids, intravenous administration tubing is usually not on any mind before going to the dentist, operatory equipment, instruments and its adequacy. Developing a bacterial infection was not a thought after going to the dentist either, contaminated instruments that was just in a previous patients mouth before mine, directed to a contaminated seat is not proper. Contaminated single-use items must be disposed of through established OSHA. RIGHT? Health Care Providers made my choice for me against my RIGHTS to use Contaminated instruments and equipment for my visit to the dentist.

"BIOHAZARDOUS" Trusting the the directions to open my mouth for my exam by a doctor then a rinse of my mouth with H2o with a wisp of suction to dispose of my bodies fluid, bacteria, tissue particles is reasonable. Imagining the word "Appointment" in my productive world is often a following structured event coached by health care providers to receive a smile above the logo. Or Is It? Questions, Concerns at times develop an understatement relating the fact I do not like to share at times in my life which is my right. When I was informed I shared a contaminated hose that connected to the splash of H2o I received in my mouth, intentionally flushed out with water instead of proper sterilization detergent because the manager refused to order more after running out; due to a combative work environment, "Monthly Budget?". I believe universal percautions should exist in a manager to maintain the entire dental office in a clean and sanitary condition. The same rude Manager that approached me as I was signing my name for the worst appointment experience.

"WARNING"! If you "EVER" schedule a dentist appointment that begins with an introduction such as; "I arrived early as directed, signed "MY" name, raised my head to an intrusive greeting from a sloppy three hundred pound blob.introduced herself as the "Manager" spitting saliva with every word she spoke, yellow tainted nails I noticed as she wiped crust from the crevise in her lips, spittle!" (1) Do Not Respond To The First FACEBUTT You SEE, EXIT To Call Guinness, (2) Tell the Manager YOU Will Stay only if she could do a handstand because the saggy fat from just under her chin could flap over her Face, Smile&EXIT. (3) Call Corporate Office with concerns and changes needed after telling the Manager to go wash her hands. Negligence in the performance of dental services and failure to use proper diligence in the conduct of a dental practice, pursuant to Section 263.002, "Dental Practice Act." Always Trust "Your Personal First Act, " investigate your support for your body. I was ignored by the manager, and corporate representation but my attorney was not.
