Received letter on plain paper saying that I owed them money for a product that obtained by a minor online. Asked to speak to a supervisor and the person who answred the phone got really irritated and said that I needed to provide something that they should put on their file. Would not allow me to talk to someone in charge either. When I mentioned the Better Business Bureau, the person got even more nasty and said that I had to pay.
