I fell for the everwhite/celebrity teech whitening scam. I ordered the so called "trial membership", I cancelled after nine (9) days, recieved a cancellation email, and yet was charged a week later anyways. I called thier number (1-800-295-8472), waited a good twenty minutes, maybe more, and when I talked to a person with an electronic voice, she was all appoligetical and said the money will take 10 to 12 business days to be refunded, when I asked why it was taken out, she couldn't tell me. I have called my bank and they are processing it as a fraud. I am going to wait 15 business days, and if the money isn't back in my account, I will cancel my card.
