As with all the other complains, MDHP calls and asks the employee that picks up the phone if they are authorized, but doesn't say authorized to do what. Long story short, it took me 82 minutes, starting with Terance, then Elizabeth, then Dawn Schultz, then back to Elizabeth, but I got 9 months back. If they would have said "that is all we're authorized to do" one more time, I would have reached through the phone. Stay with them, don't give up, and you'll get it.
Makes me kind of sad I didn't get the full refund, but half was ok.
