As with all the other complains, MDHP calls and asks the employee that picks up the phone if they are authorized, but doesn't say authorized to do what. Long story short, it took me 82 minutes, starting with Terance, then Elizabeth, then Dawn Schultz, then back to Elizabeth, but I got 9 months ...
