I, too, was a victim of fraud at the hands of this company. I placed an order and received two emails, on saying the order was being processed and the second (30 minutes later) saying it was complete. Then, nothing. I repeatedly attempted to contact them to obtain tracking information and then to report that the order hadn't arrived (after the expected delivery date had come and gone) but I never did receive a single response.
The company website provides an inquiry form under the "contact us" page, which I used the first time I tried to contact them about the order, and several other email addresses with which to contact them - but nothing else. No address, no phone number... No further company information at all.
The charge was listed on my credit card statement under GELEYEMASKS.com along with a contact phone number of 818-400-7557. When you call this number (feel free to try yourself) you get what sounds like a generic cell phone voice mail message. You know, the one that says, "Your call has been forwarded to an automated voice mail message, 818-400-7557 is not available. At the tone, please leave a message. When you have finished recording..." Again continuing the same clandestine theme... No name, no options... No company information at all.
A background search of the company yielded an address in Glendale, California and a different number, 818-247-4865. This number, however, "is no longer in service." Hmmm... Wonder why that could be...?
Bottom line? Don't buy from these people... I don't know why there aren't more usacomplaints.com and/or other claims of fraudulent transactions out there. Perhaps most other people are smarter than I am, and realized that purchasing something from a site that doesnt list any company information or contact numbers is a BAD idea! I guess I just really didn't think it would happen to me, stupid... I know.
Anyway, I thought I'd try to save some other people some grief. The other person who posted a complaint on this company suggested further steps with which other victims might seek retribution. Seeing as this happened to her a month before it happened to me, I would suggest following her advice to try to get your money back. They're still at it!!! If you haven't already ordered from them, DON'T DO IT!!!
