Requested test on Feb. 2nd.By February 16th hadn't obtained the test and so I named and talked having a international talking individual who I really could barely comprehend and was informed my credit have been billed for $89.??? Was also told I'd have by Friday, January 19th. It's today Feb. 23 and also have nothing. Can't cope with by telephone this time around. I'm calling and arguing cost on my CREDIT.
