I am going right through THE SAME as a lot of others have published. I requested the "test" on 4.2.2010. I browse the "fine-print" within the conditions portion of the web site and recognized the 10-morning tril starts whenever you spot the purchase - NOT whenever you obtain it!

I called customer support on 4.9.2010 at 2:36pm CST and talked to Miles Danielle. I informed her I'd not yet obtained the merchandise and was educated my "test" interval could be expanded 10 times (i.E., I'd have until 4.21.2010 to contact without further costs). You know what? It's 4.15.2010 but still NO ITEM. After examining my bank record I had been billed $87.47 on 4.13.2010. I named customer support today and actually the "test" was delivered to today.

After detailing the issue towards the CS representative for that fifth period, he advised me he'd forward the problem onto sales. I requested to talk to sales individually and was educated "they don't get calls." Obviously not!!! Customer support is actually out sourced and also the people managing the $ have been in the united states and also busy to treatment.

Still looking to get my money-back! I do want to document a-class action suit. Anybody attention to participate?
