I bought an effort dimension of Everbrite for $3.99 but never received the merchandise. I had been billed one more $87.47. After I approached the Everbrite organization @ 1-877-683-3080 on 2/11/10 at about 2:30pm, I had been informed they wouldn't return the cash in the first-order, or might they return the $87.47. The individual I talked with was Alice. They explained I had been beyond my 10-day trial period. I advised Alice that I really could not need an effort interval to check the product since I never received the merchandise. She explained to provide it several more times. I informed her I needed my money returned in my experience instantly plus they might maintain their item. I read online that others have dropped for this fraud. May we not begin some form of large suit for violation of agreement simply because they didn't provide the merchandise inside the 10-day test interval for me personally to test the merchandise first?
