Paypal today sent me information, stating that there was activity in my account that they thought was suspious. I checked with my bank and there was a charge for 49.95 from welwatchmd8005916383. Welwatchmd8005916383, took money out from my account without Me ever ordering anything from them. I called my bank and the charges were returned, and they are sending forms for me to fill out in connection with a fraud investigation
