Never got it, STILL charged me $!

I requested as$2.19 sufficient online on January 22nd. About the 9th time of the test interval I named and reported that I'd not obtained it and want to stop. The consultant stated she'd increase the test interval until February 7th. The email continued the 6th and NOTHING came. I attempted to contact again and stop however the providers aren't available on Saturday or Saturday.

I called today to stop (following a 45min STORE!) and they said I really could not stop since it was away from test period. I waited another 15min to talk to the supervisor, who likewise explained that I really could not stop, despite the fact that these were shut about the last evening of my prolonged test period. He explained I ought to have examined work hours on the site.

I'm being charged $69 for NOTHING (they attempted to satisfy me with -$20 off the statement).
