I ordered shoe inserts for my wife. I am a long time internet user and placed the order on her behalf. We got the shoe inserts and my wife is happy with them. The problem is that we never ordered or wanted the supplements they charged us for $44 for. When I saw the first charge I called the company and couldn't get through and left a message. I never received a call back. I also sent an email message telling them to cancel the supplements. Of course they didn't.
I just today received my 2nd $44 charge from them. I am pissed. This is criminal. On their web page they claim to be a member of the Electronic Retailing Association. I am going to start a campaign against them until they refund these two charges.
