Wfp jointsupport returned shoe inserts and pills, called and was told a credit and no more charges, LIES they charged me again

Wife ordered shoe inserts but did not order any pills, they sent both, and i sent back and called to cancel, was told it would all be canceled, LIES!!! Was billed the next month... Women at post office said call credit card co, they would help!!!
