The Maui Jim sunglasses design that I bought had a production problem where the mess broke the contacts. Maui Jim changed the shades (I settled shipping charges). Following a year, the same happened again. More delivery charges and another set was delivered in my experience. Issue: the contacts about the shades delivered in my experience are rose colored, not the grey people I submitted to become changed. Since their computer program demands that I'm incorrect, Maui Jim is going to do only accept change-out the contacts for $60. I told the restoration specialist they might examine the contacts in the spectacles I delivered to be fixed from the types they delivered me and was informed they've no method to monitor what I sent them. After going right through three workers/supervisors/administrators (who jointly invested almost an hour or so informing me that I had been incorrect concerning the shade of the contacts of the shades I delivered to them - shades that I'd used to get a year, no less) I'm expecting a mobile call from the Maui Jim Vicepresident. I totally be prepared to go Peoria (where they're situated) to prosecute them in small claims court. Even when I shed, it'll charge them more to protect my match than it'd need to properly substitute the spectacles using the proper contacts. Their site claims: "At Maui Jim, your total fulfillment is our number 1 concern." This really is clearly a large rest provided the trouble the organization has provided me.
