For anyone who has been mistreated, ripped off, abused by Treehouse Marketing, I have some answers for you. I also was ripped off by this comapny.
I spoke to Jason turely himself and was promised he would look into the situtation. That never happened. All of you dont stop with one letter to the BBB, I have many letters and addresses you can write too. I did get satisfaction from my work and it was worth every minute.

Contact your attorney general in your state, plus the attorney General in Utah. I have addresses if you need them. Of course the BBB of Utah and BBB in your state. Get a copy of the home solication act and send a copy to all you right, I also have a copy to send to anyone who needs it. Like I stated in the former email, there are a few people who are very dishonest, such as those who have filed reports on that website. One of them in particular " Cordie" we have on recording as saying that she is not going to return the product even though she knows she should and is just going to try to cause this company many problems. You are right it is people like you that make our business grow, but it is also people like you who cause problems for our company. Agree to something and then back out of the terms at the end. That is why we record everything.
If you would like to have someone give me a call that would be fine. The only thing that we will discuss is what I have discussed here with you in these emails. You agreed to the tems. The S/H charges and the 9.95 for the trial are non refundable charges.
It is always interesting that there are tens of thousands of people who order our products and 6 feel they need to file a report and then somehow you think we are being dishonest with the entire world. I am sorry that you feel this way, but if we refunded everyone who returned it when they felt like it, that would not be right either. Like I said you are more than welcome to give me call to discuss further. We are willing to work with you to resolve this.

You people out there that is being ripped off Please please contact me through the rebuttal key. We can not just set and let this company keep on doing this. I have so much information on this company and there works, it is time they started answering us back and being responsible for what they are doing. If it was us we would be in jail. My goal is to have them quit stealing our money. I am not intimadated by this comapny and I am not going to stop.

The comapnys name is Treehouse Marketing or TMG out of Utah. They sell many things including patches for weight loss, and to quit smoking.
What they did to me was called me up, offered a great deal on weight loss patch. 19.95 for 30 days, 9.95 for an additonal 30 days. The gentleman on the phone was pleasant and friendly. Like your everyday neighbor. They take the first amount of money out of your bank, they wait a month or two and then they hit you hard. With me it was 399.99. The company will not help on resolving this matter, so us consumers have to look out for one another.
