Cause the consumer stress

I am receiving the bills from the company after the membership expired, and can never reach them on the phone waiting time on the phone is over half and hours, and the bill comes, causing me time to handle and lots of stress bc do not know how big the bill will become, i informed them already when i made the final payment that i am not expectiong any mailings from them, for i had very bad experienceand was the victim of ripped off by Bally before
