Upon entering RiteAid I was not surprised to find that there was not sufficient personnel to help me find items I wanted to purchase. But when I went to the cashier I found that there were nine (9) customers waiting. There was only one cashier who repeatedly requested for two (2) individuals to report immediately. Each time she called she had to cross two stations to get to the PA telephone. Finally when three (3) individuals went behind the counter they stood around for about two to three minutes just talking and laughing.
