I ordered from this company in early November. They offered a free trial for Acai Berry and Life Cleanse. It was suposed to be a risk free trial for a life changing pill to put you back to high school weight. Praying off of the insecurities of young women and hiding terms and conditions. I never worried when they charged me 99 cents for each of the bottles to ship. However on November 14th they charged me 87.13 for the Acai berry and another 67 for the life cleanse. I called immediately and requested that I be refunded. I had only taken a few pills and offered to ship them back. At that time the man I spoke with informed me that if I paid to ship them I would have a full refund within 7 days of receiving the products back. I shipped the pills and paid to be informed when they arrived. They arrived 3 or 4 days later. I then waited a full 7 days. I spoke to a woman who then said, at the 7 days the money was refunded to my account, but not my bank account. It was my account with them. She also informed me that it would take a full 3 to 4 weeks for the money to be refunded to my bank account. It has been almost the full 4 weeks and I am afraid that I will never see this money again. I would have kept the pills had I known that I would not get this money back. I am very displeased and feel this company is praying on insecure young women and putting them in even harder situations. I will keep this updated if I ever receive my money.
