I bought a set of Oakley cups from LensCrafters in San Mateo Califoria. I settled ahead of time with insurance to truly have the prescription filled. They named me a couple weeks later to inform me Oakley couldn't place a prescription in these structures (why didnt the sales person realize that???).
I tried to locate another set at their shop but didnt like every. I delivered a couple of months later having a set I bought elsewhere and required to hve the prescription filled inside them.
When acquired the spectacles I reported the prescription wasn't proper also it was fuzzy. They explained these were sorry however the thirty days had terminated. I've been seeking for months to obtain anyone to understand that the one month time must begin ticking whenever a set of spectacles having a prescription hasbeen obtained - not once they are requested and not able to be full of a prescription (particularly if because of their mistake).
Though which makes good sense this business has guidelines in position that shop supervisors CAn't be deviate from regardless of how ridiculous.
There's no method to advance to other people apart from customer support. They explained they'll consider it but to date aren't returning my calls.
Costco includes a definitely better return policy, high quality, good people and better rates. You are able to consider your personal structures into be loaded.
I'd not suggest likely to LensCrafters if you're able to prevent it.
