I ordered a tooth whitener that was advertised as a free sample with $2.95 shipping charges only. I was then charged $87.62 on my credit card. I called and was emailed a cancellation, but they again charged me another 87.62. This is a scam. The charges shipping et all came under the names of Nature Source, Dazzle Bright, Ultra Fresh Well and Premium White. The addresses given were: 1170 Army Post Rd Des Moine IA 60618.3600 Army Post Rd Des Moine Iowa 50321 and22100 East 26th ave#100 Aurora Colorado 80019
