I purchased an Amika Hair straightner from a Kiosk at Roosevelt field mall in Long Island New York... I always ask what the return or exchange policy is. I was assured that it is unconditionaly replaceable within 1 year of purchase. Knowing that I decided to buy it from them, rather than a larger well known mall store.
Well stupid me, I fell for theri B.S., The straightner broke, and there is no exchange, it's either walk away from a ripoff, or wreck their kiosk and risk getting in trouble for my actions. The Amika rep (she called herself Yaya) was very rude, and even spoke in her native Israeli language at me when she got angry.
I urge everyone do not buy amika products!!!
