This Nail Bar is unsanitary. I watched as they used the same nail tools on my pedicure as the customer before. I asked the lady to change them and she did, I should not have to tell them that it is unsanitary to use the same nail tools on a new customer as the last, absolutley gross and unexceptable. The staff is gossipy, and the place needs to be dusted from ground to up. This place is a rip off and decieving;it looks nice but is unsanitary and you pay quite a bit of money to top it off. I would expect this kind of behavior from hole in the wall nail salons not one that looks like this.
