Hollywood, Florida misrepresented a free trial by sending and billing for more than monthly supplies and not answering phone and no way to cancel and stop billing

This company - RESVERATROL ULTRA - advertised a free sample and then continued to send their product and bill for their product with no authorization from consumer. They have also never answered their phone number after many, many tries-have no web site or address-thus making it virtually impossible to cancel this order that was never authorized. Would surely appreciate any help in exposing and shutting down this company and stopping this company from sending its product and billing unwilling consumers'.
