I was taken in by this scam like the others. Upon research I see that in the "fine print" under Terms of Agreement that it does state it's a membership they're selling not the product specifically. Even though the website says "tell us where to send your trial" and Hurry! Supplies are limited!" in large bold letter leading you to believe it's a trial/sample of a physical product you're purchasing.
EVERYONE needs to report them to the BBB even if you don't think you'll ever see your money again. The BBB has gathered a considerable amount of information on them but I believe the number of people who've been scammed is much higher than the 668 complaints they've received. Between the BBB, the FBI's IC3 and the FTC someone has to shut this person down!
