On 9/25, I received a Free Trial sample of DazzleWhite as I had ordered on line. On 9/26, I received a telephone call attempting to sell me a membership and more products.
In a recorded conversation, the company representative was told I was not interested in any membership and was not interested in paying for my free product. The representative assured me that there would be no billing.
My account has been billed for $88.50 on 10/16 and again on 10/25.
I have received no product. On 10/26 when I called, I was informed that because I had not cancelled my membership I was billed for the product and another shipment. The company denied (despite a recorded phone call) that I had canceled the membership. I have been ripped off!
Do not deal with this unethical company.
