On March 3 I signed a contract to begin working for Janice Claire Ardolina owner of Nutritional Counseling Services. One requirement was to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through a specific school, anewedu.org. I made a check out to Ms. Ardolina for a total of $2,485.00 which was to cover the cost of the certification home course and another FLT training seminar. After a long delay in receiving the training material it was agreed I would spend the summer doing the at home exam and be ready to submit it in September 08.
