I received a Christmas present 12-08 from my husband for $1500.00 on various treatments. I went in on a few occasions to discuss postponing treatment due to pregnancy. The manager and receptionist reassured me many times that this would be totally fine as we had paid partially for the services and it was documented in the computer.
To my dismay, I went to the Coral Square Mall to set up an appointment last week October 10th I believe and the establishment was closed down and appeared vacant. I was very alarmed at that moment and I went and spoke to the Mall manager who reported Simple Aesthetics told her they were closing for a few weeks, but have not returned.
It was reported to me that they removed all their equipment late one night, canceled their phone numbers, emails and websites. I last spoke to Simple Aesthetics in person in September and they were fully aware they would be shutting down within a few days or weeks and neglected to report this to me and refund the money we spent on the services.
