Rip me off! Paid in advance and they dissapeared without finishing my treatment

I paid $3,000 in February for laser hair removal. I called them on Thursday October 15 to schedule my next appointment and is like they never existed. They closed their 4 branches, disconnected the phone lines, deleted their web site, and they did not finish my treatments!!! I would like to pursue them for further legal actions.
