This scam goes by many names including: Dazzle White, Upsell, Comprehensive Weight Loss, Dazzle Smile, etc. They don't send you any product and charge your credit card, plus your credit card is passed on to muliple other companies and charges appear all over your credit card statement from different sources. The Missouri Attorney General has mulitple complaints in their consumer protection department.
