Worst experience!!! Vladimir Grigoryants Review | WORST EXPERIENCE!!!
I went for a breast reduction because of back and shoulder pain. Made an appointment and went for my first consultation. Everything seemed to be going well until less than one minute into the conversation the Dr. Asks to take it off. I felt uncomfortable because I was not able to explain to the Dr. The pain and discomfort I was experiencing. After examining me and taking pictures the "drama" started. A few weeks later I got an authorization from my insurance company for rhinoplasty (nose reshaping). The so called "administrative assistant" for the Dr. Had absolutely no clue what type of surgery I was in for. It kept changing from my nose to breast augmentation. I would also like to point out that one of the assistant was very RUDE and unprofessional. As days passed and a week left for my surgery, I get a surprise call from one of the "assistant" saying "I dont know how this happened, but you need to give you blood test on Saturday" (few days before my surgery). We all know after you take a blood test you need to wait for the results; and these results MUST be needed before the surgery. Also, out of pocket expense fees started at $350, then became $500 then became $1,500 and then became over $4,000. None of the figures were consistent and kept going higher and higher. GREED I WOULD SAY? We ended up giving an unexpected visit to see the Dr. And discuss all of the issues because nothing was getting solved over the phone. He clearly stated the actual costs (over $4k). He mentioned that we MUST pay the $3,000 before the surgery date (which was days away). We asked when were we going to hear about this surprise figure and he said that we were suppose to have told you a long time ago. After we told the Dr. NO! We are no longer interested because we can not afford it at this time he immediately tells me to take off my shirt and for him to see it again. Very disrespectful. TOLD HIM NO! No reason for that again! And walked out!!! Will not recommend to friends or family.

Just got a call back from DR. Vladimir begging to stop the bad reviews because he is going to take us to court and notify his attorney. How low of a doctor do you have to be to hide from the truth. Dr. Vladimir, do NOT waste my time NOR call me begging to stop this humiliation that happened in your office. You mentioned you are scared of loosing customers. Treat your customers right and they will always come back and refer friends and family. As we all know the world revolves around referral based clients. I would like to mention that I am not scared or afraid of going to court because you will be the one loosing everything this time. Its easy to make money (in your case), but its even easier to loose a lot of customers. I would recommend you pray to God that things did not get worse for you because I do have that power to take you down for the wrong actions you made. Keep removing the reviews MR VLADIMIR, but remember that I will stop not because I am scared, but because I DO NOT GO AS LOW AS YOU. Remember that!
