I'd a perscription moved from walgreens to walmart since it was about the checklist like a $4.00 medication. I had been informed that it'd be studied care of instantly, they might contact walgreens. Which was at 2pm. After I visited get the medication at4;30 on my way house from function, I used to be educated they hadnot named walgreens because they had explained. That it'd be another 21/2 hours before it'd prepare yourself! This isn't the very first time. I can not think the incompentance of the drugstore! Whether or not you call forward or abandon the rx. It requires forever to obtain it stuffed! The delay period is absurd! After I named at 7pm to determine if it had been ready they got REALLY hateful with me and explained YES its prepared! To top everything off after I got there they mightnot discover the rx! She simply laughed it down and stated " I understand its here somewhere" another 20min. Delay, while they discovered it installing on the ledge where the rx are stuffed! Completely incompentant! An elderly woman consistent with me have been awaiting 21/2 hours on her rx to become stuffed! Bad customer support! I truly believe this will be investigated. I understand i will not be by using this drugstore again! We are in possession of a brand new meijer within our region and that I may examine and find out easily improve support there.
