I've attempted repeatedly to possess two costs taken off my MC statement for just one Purecleanse item that I received and delivered and another item that I never obtained. I've been informed by customer support the two costs could be acknowledged to my MC consideration. These costs were $59.95 published to my MC consideration on 04/265 and $59.95 on 05/26.
