I first noticed Super Care Products because they advertised a product that guaranteed to cure Vitiligo! I had to buy a four-month supply at a cost of U.S. $258.00 and they stated that if my Vitiligo was not completely gone by the end of four months, I was to mail back the empty containers and the original copies of the invoices to get my refund.
I felt comfortable buying from them even though I did not know Super Care Products, I was familar with CCNOW. I was to pay through CCNOW. Their website even makes mention that I should feel secure because all I had to do is ask CCNOW for the refund. They stated that CCNOW would make sure that I was refunded my money if the product did not work.
I sent back their empty containers via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail as that was the only way that I could be assured of delivery. The package was delivered on 09/18. My numerous emails to Super Care Products have gone unswered!
I then contacted CCNOW, asking them for the refund. I also emailed them copies of my emails to Super Care Products along with the Postal Service receipt for delivery. Apparently CCNOW is not honoring my request for a refund as they have not answered my emails either.
So now, Please do not trust Super Care Products and this also puts a cloud on CCNOW as a "safe" third party to pay for products!!
