This guy is a crook that billed me for a whole list of test that were never performed. He took a scope, looked in my nose and ears and absolutely NOTHING else. Then I was billed for $3,000. And from what I've been told, he has been reported before for insurance fraud.
Plus, you would think that by being a crook he would at least be nice while doing it. Wrong. He was mean and just a jerk, no manners at all.
