I ordered my Kymaro Body Shaper in March. When I recieved the product it was way to big on my shoulders. I sent the product back and they said I was past my 30 days which I had sent back before my 30 days. So they said the only thing they could do was send me a smaller size. The customer service rep would rather argue with me than refund my money. I have yet to recieve the paper to sign for my replacement. Im very unhappy!!!
