I ordered Natural Cleanse from Pure Nutrients Products from a web site. I was told I would only be charged $5.95 for delivery. The package came when I was out of town. I contacted the company and cancelled the product. My credit card was charged $64.95. On August 13, I contacted the company to have my credit card credited for the amount I was charged.
I talked with Casey #6220. I have never been talked to by a person representing a company like he talked to me. I am a 64 year disable female. Casey told me he would not credit my account and would charge my account again if I did not return the product and a letter to the company. He was very abnoxious and very rude.
I am writing the company a letter and returning the product and hope they will credit my account. I feel like this was a very big rip off.
