Horrible Customer Service

I had been named a LIAR in one of the receptionists at work — she was shouting at me and wouldn't provide me her title. I expected on her boss and he or she put, Patty about the telephone which been another receptionists at work.

I initially attempted to alter my childis physician visit with no one in two times was actually open to reply the telephones since I obtained the answering device on every phone, except about the evening of the visit when she verbably abused me.

I'd like for that individual to become on probation since what she did in my experience I am significantly more than confident that she's completed thus to different clients like myself.
