Lifekey
Inc ripoff scam

I too was "enrolled" by Lifekey after an initial order. I too was told that because they printed it in a letter sent with the order that I had "enrolled." I requested any documentation signed by me either by hand or electronically or a recording of me authorizing them to bill my credit card. I was told what I knew - that no such documentation existed. The rep then said that she was holding a bottle of Enzyte in her hand (Shook it for effect) and informed me that every bottle had that agreement printed on it. I asked her if my signature or initials were on the bottle as well and she did not respond.

My question: If the letter sent with the order is the document that allows the company to bill my credit card, where's my signature? It is my understanding that for a contract to be valid all parties must agree to it. I do not believe that reading a letter is a legal means of agreeing to the contents. IF IT IS:

All readers please note: by reading this post you agree to pay the writer $124.99 and further agree to allow me to bill your credit card, debit card or bank account $59.99 a month until you submit a signed and notarized statement saying that you don't want to be billed anymore. Employees of Enzyte, Lifekey or any of their agents further agree to pay an additional $60.00 to cover my cell phone charges when I sat on hold for over an hour attempting to reach customer "service."
