Requested the test got that-but the following point I understood there is a $88.55 cost to my bill. Have named since 5/22/09 looking to get a reimbursement, they inform me it's been delivered to my bill. It's NEVER turned up in my own consideration plus they inform me they CAn't monitor it. REALLY upset with this!!!
