Spoke with The CLAIM AGENT: Mike Gibson who told me to bank the check. Called Carl H. Lindner, President (778) 881-0246 whose answering machine was full!

I received the following letter:

Your name was attached with the serial #787765 and was drawn out of a computer database. Therefore, you are entitled to the preliminary prize of $250,000.00 payable to you by means of a CERTIFIED CHECK and will be delivered to you by coooourier company.

Enclosed is a check for the amount of $4,992.62US, this check has been pprovided to aide you in the mandatory payment of NON-CANADIAN RESIDENTIAL TAX, insurance, and delivery charges pertainig to your $250,000.00 winning.
