I ordered Resveratrol trial and was sent a pricey skin cream as well and my credit card was charged $51.45. On 22 June I called Biolabs and cancelled the order when the charge showed up on my credit card; I was and told to return the skin cream BUT NO ONE TOLD ME TO OBTAIN AN RMA # BEFORE DOING SO. I sent the skin cream back unopened as "refused and return to sender." I called Biolabs back last week to request a full refund and was given the runaround; I persisted and was told that I would get a refund in a week. I called today and was told nothing doing. I asked to speak to a supervisor and then when I was connected the supervisor claimed that she could not hear me and hung up.
I am out my money and I want people to know that BIOLABS is a huge RIPOFF. Cannot speak to the efficacy of Resversatrol, but given BIOLABS handling of this matter I don't care to find out.
