Slim In 6 overcharged for the product. When I returned the product, the refund amount did not include the undisclosed overcharges

Beachbody's Slim In 6 adveristement on their web site:

If you don't get the results you want, simply return it within 6 weeks for a full refund of the purchase price (less s&h) no questions asked. But keep the 6-Day Express Diet Plan, Cardio Core! Express, and Slim Training Band as Debbie's gifts to you!
JUST 3 PAYMENTS OF $ 19.95 each plus $12.95 for Shipping & Handling.

My first payment was $78.81 and they charged 2 more payments of 19.95 each.
TOTAL COST AMOUNTED TO: $ 118.65 instead of $ 72.80

My refund amounted to $ 24.98 19.95 = TOTAL of $44.93

Instead of a 1st time payment of $32.90 (we now have a 1st time payment of $ 72.80 and no explanations as to the hidden fees)

Their charges:

19.95? = $ 32.90 for a subtotal of $59.85 How do they get this figure?

TAX 4.01
TOTAL: $ 78.81

I am still waiting for a clear and detailed explanation of their over-charges unrealted to their own advertisement. I received one brief note from CUST SERVICE that did not explain the mulitple overcharges.
