I called 8 times, spoke to, I think, the same oriental girl with 8 different names... Precious, Paris, etc. You can't understand her/them and they can't find you 'in their system', then they hang up on you or say they have a bad connection... After you have called back and repeated the same info so many times, you are ready to blow! At one point, the girl said my order was cancelled. I was just billed AGAIN for 2 more bottles.
