I am a former employee of this company and they screwed me out of money on my last check, they didn't give me my commission that i earned and after getting a runaround Maysoon tells me there nothing they can do. I'm writing this to help those who may have been burned by this company I use to work for. The company is Professional Fitness and my problem is when i received my last check on June 1 there was NO comission that I earned, (every time I would sign someone up for personal training I made commision) after calling and calling and getting the run around, I finally got a hold of Maysoon today June 5th and told her of my problem. Her response which didn't really answer my question was, I made commission from the deals I made However they had to take out money because a client 3 day canceled and I didn't make the comission (which is company policy) However the problem I have is the client first signed a 6 thousand dollar deal with me in April, following day she wanted to cancel which we did however she still wanted training just not for that amount, so I told her i can take her first and last months payments that she did (which the company requires) and just use that, all was fine until I got my last check and they had the client as a 3 day cancel for the 2nd deal we had (which she didn't, I personally seen her get trained past the 3 day limit) Now according to my commission sheet that comes with my check they had to take the money out on May 14th which is odd because I have a commission sheet that says on April 14th i got paid my commission for the same deal they are now takin out of me. Also odd is the fact I quit the 2nd week of May. Maysoon danced around the question when i asked than why am I getting commission takin out a month after i already got paid for it, and she just hung up on me. Now this company is a fraud and needs to get shut down, they operate in Work Out World's and Gold's Gym in Foxboro, Warwick, New Bedford (where i was at) Fall River, Brockton, Norwood, Meuthan, Medford etc. That's just in MA they also are in North Carolina, and Utah and may soon be doing the same in the West Coast if they haven't already, mainly California. They also have changed buisness names because of lawsuits, other name they went under (Beyond Fittness) but never owners, same crooks running it, now they have there employees work an average of just about 72 hrs a WEEK, some days without any breaks, and make the consumers sign up, without ever noticing a automatic renewal (there line to use, "this just locks you in at the rate your getting") so they don't read the fine print, and when it's time for the consumer to cancel it's more of a headache. Now there headquaters are based out of North Carolina, and the checks come from Georgia. I'm really angry because this was my last check and have been out of work since I quit and was expecting a much better check than I received Big Time action needs to happen for this company and they need to stop doing business.
