On 10/27 I return some freestyle strips to Rite Aid after realizing my health insurance would cover the cost of this product. (I had paid $63.95 for the strips). The Clerk agreed to take the strips back and give me a receipt which shows—*Cash refund* 00, Cash Change $63.95. The Clerk never give me a dime back, and I thought she would just credit my card, so I never thought this would be a problem until the bank called to ask why I was not paying the amt in question. I feel the clerk and the store stole from me—I have contacted them with no result. I'll probably have to pay the bank which has been no help—I had an Emerge Card. (I guess the Emerge Bank.)
I am going to switch my perscriptions to Wxxxx as - If Rite will steal this small amount of money I don't feel I can trust them. I have also required Emerge to close my account as their attitude has been hurtful-not helpful.
