Doctor richardson was my treating physician for a workers compensation claim. Dr. Richardson had taken me off work and stated that I could not return to my same job because of repetitive pivoting becuse of a torn (ACL) surgery to my right knee.
The attorney for my employer forwarded DR. Richardson a videotape of a person purpotedly performing my job duties I attempted but was not able, to view the videotape prior to or with DR. Richardson to make sure the tape was of my job and to see if it showed how I did my job but unbeknownst to me without my or my attorney authorization, DR. Richardson nurse called me to get the insurance company number after viewing the tape by himself I told her she would have to call my lawyer for that information I thought that was very odd so I call my lawyer an told him what had just happened he to thought that was odd so a few day, s later my lawyer call me mad an told me that DR. Richardson sent a medical report directly to the insurance company imforming them that I could do the job that he had been saying I could not do and this came the day after the job katayama called me in and told me that I had to come in an work or I was terminated I told them couldnt violate my restictions no repetitive pivoting and you cannot go in a circle to the left and not pivot on your right knee. At this time DR. Richardson, s actions have cost me my job and future benefits. Filed with office for civil rights (OCR).
