Hope the bad economy cost cvs and all it's employees their jobs - Mail Order Pharmacy

For a year and a half now we have had problems with CVS pharmacy's and CVS caremark. I have spent upwards of eighty hours in phone conversations with CVS and not gotten any resolution to the problem. Which by the way is CVS does not follow Federal or Government guidelines in processing FSA acounts for our purchases. They refuse to admit their wrong and I have yet to get ONE FREAKING Apolgy. As a business owner the one thing that makes me better than my competion is understanding the most important part of my business is my customer. NO EXCEPTIONS! For fifteen years we order our perscriptions from EXPRESS SCRIPTS and NEVER got a call or had a problem, but CVS SUCKS PERIOD. I've always said a good business starts from the Top, so it's clear here that the top of this company lost it's way some time ago. It has truly forgotten what aspect got them to where they are today and that aspect is ME, THE CUSTOMER. They only care about the all mighty dollar and NOTHING ELSE. I will admit through this whole ordeal we have run into a COUPLE of people who excel in customer service and based on conversations they won't be there too long as I know one was going over to rite aide. Me I will never do business will this company again and I will persuede anyone I know from going there as well. I can only hope the company goes under and maybe then it will dawn on them where they went wrong. You cannot run a RETAIL BUSINESS without the CUSTOMER!
