HCA gave me a billing sheet on discharge stating the price I owed. Subsequently received billings for significantly more... Billing department was hostile and refused to listen. Turned over to a collection agency which continued to harass me for over 6 months with threats to ruin my credit. All this occuring while I was still in therapy and recovering causing further stressors.
It seems like patients have no recourse with a huge corp like HCA and really do not care!
