In November I ordered a bottle of Citra-Therm Diet Pills. They came with the 30-day warranty. They didn't work, so in December I returned the bottle via UPS, Registered, Return Receipt Mail. The company received and signed for the bottle in January. I called their "Customer Service" number 4 weeks after they received it, and I was told that it would take 6 weeks for my credit to appear in my credit card. I tried calling again in March, which makes it 8 weeks after they had received it, and was told to call another number (not toll-free), because that number was their "order taking site" and that I had to call their main number. After numerous calls to the new number, I always got the same message, that being that the offices are closed and that to try to call during regular business hours. THEY DON'T HAVE REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS!!! Still in July, I haven't received credit to my credit card and I am out of $45.99 MED-PRO Industries is a bunch of "Bull - ". They take your money and then they don't keep their word. Don't trust them with any of your health related needs...
